Tips on How to Create Your Design

Creating your own jewellery care cards is easy — even if you're a beginner!

  1. Head over to Canva.com (free to use).

  2. Create a custom-sized design measuring 10 × 6 cm.

  3. Add your business logo, jewellery care instructions, brand colours and any other details you'd like.

  4. Download your finished design as a PNG file.

  5. Place your order on our website and email your design to us, including your order number.

Please note: This is a custom printing service. Customers are responsible for creating and supplying their own print-ready designs. Design creation is not included in the price.

Paper & Card Size

Printed on premium 250gsm matte cardstock with vibrant printing. Available in single or double-sided printing.

Our business cards and loyalty cards come in standard size of 9 x 5 cm.

Our thank you cards come in two sizes and measure 10 x 6 cm or 12 x 8 cm. We recommend the larger 12 x 8 cm size if your design has a lot of information.

Our swing tags come in 9 x 5 cm.

Artwork Requirements

Send us a high-quality PDF or PNG file after placing your order.
You may also send a Canva link to your designs.
We'll check your artwork before printing and let you know if anything needs attention.
Production Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business weeks. Delivery time depends on delivery method chosen at checkout and your location in South Africa.
If you need your order expedited, reach out and we will try our best to accommodate.

If you are a beginner designer, we recommend exploring Canva (free platform) - remember to create a canvas the same size as the card you are ordering.
