Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business weeks before dispatch. If there are any delays, we will communicate it.

Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted third-party courier services, including Fastway and PAXI. Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. If you experience a delivery issue, we'll gladly assist where possible, but delivery timeframes and delays are ultimately controlled by the courier.
