As all of our products are custom made, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at infocustomcrafts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
