How do I place an order?
Once you've chosen your products, place your order through our website.
After checkout, simply reply to your order confirmation email or send us your artwork via email to designs.customcrafts@gmail.com
We'll review everything before printing and contact you if we need more information.
How do I send my designs and artwork?
You can email your artwork to us after placing your order.
If you have multiple design files, please name them appropriately to avoid confusion. You may send multiple files in a ZIP file.
Please send them in PNG or PDF format in the correct proportions and ensure they are clear and of high quality (not blurry or pixelated)
The better quality the image, the better the printing!
If your files are too large, you can also share them using Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Ordered: 10x6cm One Sided Thank You Cards
Design should be in 10 x 6 proportions so that no part of your design is cut off.
Design Name: BusinessName10x6ThankYouCard1
Do you check my designs before printing?
Yes! Every order is reviewed before printing. We'll check your artwork for common issues like low image quality or incorrect sizing and contact you if anything needs to be adjusted.
How long will my order take?
Production usually takes 1-2 business weeks depending on the products and order size as well as workload. If there are any timeline changes, we will communicate this.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver throughout South Africa either directly to your door or to your nearest PAXI collection point.
For areas where door-to-door courier delivery may take longer or be less accessible, PAXI can be a convenient alternative and sometimes also faster.
Can I order small quantities?
Absolutely! We specialise in helping small businesses, so many of our products are available in low minimum order quantities.
Can I order larger quantities?
Yes. If you need larger quantities than what's listed on the website, simply contact us for a custom quotation.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend PDF or high-resolution PNG files. If you're unsure whether your file is suitable, send it through and we'll happily check it for you.
It's important that the designs are not blurry or pixelated.
Are your stickers water-resistant?
Our standard glossy sticker paper is water-resistant and suitable for most packaging applications. We also offer premium vinyl stickers for increased durability and is recommended for more luxury labels or if they would be kept in steamy environments.
You're welcome to contact us and let us know the usage, design and sizing and we can recommend or source the best materials to suit your needs.
Can I reorder my previous designs?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file where possible, making future reorders quick and easy.
Please respond to your order confirmation email to let us know which past designs to avoid confusion.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
